PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Fragrance Fanatic, we make every effort to be as precise as possible in all product descriptions; in spite of this, we do not guarantee our descriptions are accurate, complete or error-free. The information, pricing and descriptions are thus subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to cancel any orders associated with an error.

Users of our website should be aware that product images, size and classification may change according to the manufacturer. It may also be completely changed and/or updated at any particular time. As we are only able to display one picture for any given fragrance (regardless of the size) refunds and/or exchanges cannot be given on such grounds where the bottle displayed differs to the one you have received.

Typographical errors, shapes and/or colours may differ depending on your viewing point e.g. computer monitor, laptop screen and phone. Please make your selections carefully as refunds and or exchanges are not given due to “changing your mind”.

CANCELLATIONS

As we use an automated processing payment system, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions please contact orders@fragrancefanatic.com.au or phone 1300 659 088.

OUT OF STOCKS

In the unlikely event a product ordered is out of stock and has been paid for, you will be contacted immediately. You will then be given the choice of refund or exchange.

Back order is available when product is out of stock. A back order can be placed by contacting us at orders@fragrancefanatic.com.au or phone 1300 659 088.

Please note that all products appearing on our website are subject to availability.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

Fragrance Fanatic exercises the highest standard of safety and privacy by using the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and online transaction security. We will not be held accountable for any damages or losses that may have resulted from fraudulent credit card use.

CALL CHARGES

Calls to our 1300 number are charged at the cost of a local call within Australia, mobiles charged at applicable rates.
