To place an order with Fragrance Fanatic, you have to register an account. Registering your details enables you to stay up to date with our newsletters and specials. This will help save time when placing future orders. Once you have filled out the required fields your information is saved on our database which is fully encrypted and protected so it cannot be read or obtained by anyone on the internet. Thereafter, if you are a returning customer with a Fragrance Fanatic account, you only need your nominated login details (email and password) to access your account.
At any given time before proceeding to checkout, you may make unlimited changes to your shopping cart. This may mean removing or adding additional products and updating quantities. If one of your chosen products is unavailable in the desired quantity you have requested, you will be notified in your shopping cart and required to adjust the quantity. If you are looking for a specific product that cannot be found on our website, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 1300 659 088 and we will endeavor to meet your request.
Once you have finalised your order you will be asked to proceed to the checkout. At this stage, registered account holders will be prompted to login if they haven't already. You will then confirm your billing information and shipping address. To confirm your order and finalise your payment, you will then need to choose from one of our payment options and follow the prompts.
At the completion of this, you will then receive an email containing your unique order confirmation number. Thereafter, once your payment has cleared, we will process and package your order. At this time, any dispatch or tracking details will be emailed to you immediately.

If your PayPal payment is funded by an e-cheque, this may substantially delay processing your order while payment clears.
Fragrance Fanatic also accepts direct deposit. Simply place the correct amount of money from your order confirmation into our nominated account. Please quote your order number and name when making your deposit. Your order will be sent for delivery once payment has been received.
