ORDERING

To place an order with Fragrance Fanatic, you have to register an account. Registering your details enables you to stay up to date with our newsletters and specials. This will help save time when placing future orders.  Once you have filled out the required fields your information is saved on our database which is fully encrypted and protected so it cannot be read or obtained by anyone on the internet. Thereafter, if you are a returning customer with a Fragrance Fanatic account, you only need your nominated login details (email and password) to access your account.

At any given time before proceeding to checkout, you may make unlimited changes to your shopping cart. This may mean removing or adding additional products and updating quantities. If one of your chosen products is unavailable in the desired quantity you have requested, you will be notified in your shopping cart and required to adjust the quantity. If you are looking for a specific product that cannot be found on our website, please contact us via email at orders@fragrancefanatic.com.au or phone 1300 659 088 and we will endeavor to meet your request.

Once you have finalised your order you will be asked to proceed to the checkout. At this stage, registered account holders will be prompted to login if they haven't already. You will then confirm your billing information and shipping address. To confirm your order and finalise your payment, you will then need to choose from one of our payment options and follow the prompts.

At the completion of this, you will then receive an email containing your unique order confirmation number. Thereafter, once your payment has cleared, we will process and package your order. At this time, any dispatch or tracking details will be emailed to you immediately.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

This means any personal data (name, address and credit card information) which we collect is fully encrypted and protected. Fragrance Fanatic accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

PayPal 

Fragrance Fanatic also accepts payments through PayPal™ (the worlds leading online merchant). Our registered PayPal™ address is paypal@fragrancefanatic.com.au. We are a PayPal™ verified member. If your PayPal payment is funded by an e-cheque, this may substantially delay processing your order while payment clears.

Direct Deposit

Fragrance Fanatic also accepts direct deposit. Simply place the correct amount of money from your order confirmation into our nominated account. Please quote your order number and name when making your deposit. Your order will be sent for delivery once payment has been received.

Cheque & Money Orders

Fragrance Fanatic welcomes cheque and money orders. We ask that you please quote your order number. Your order will be sent for delivery once payment has cleared.

Phone Orders

Fragrance Fanaticaccepts phone orders. Simply contact us on 1300 659 088 (cost of a local call) during business hours and we will happily take your order over the phone.

DISCOUNT CODES

The "Apply Discount" is found on the shopping cart page and can be added at any time prior to checking out. Enter the discount code and click "Apply Discount". Discounts are redeemable for one time and one purchase only. It applies only to in stock items and the offer is only valid while stocks last. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer and are non-negotiable and non-transferable.

RAINCHECKS

Fragrance Fanatic does not offer rainchecks on any products.
